what exactly are our obligations to the birth parents & are we being taken advantage of or what??

As I see it, my obligation is to treat them with respect and dignity, to ensure that the children are available for assigned weekly visits and to have some sort of communication with them regarding the welfare of their children (ie a diary or phone calls).

I believe our best obligation is to raise them as a son/daughter of God and provide them with basic needs. Providing a good education by sending to an appropriate school such private schools adhd (http://www.teen-boarding-school.com/teen-boarding-schools/private-schools-specializing-in-addadhd.html) for special children.
