I have 10 years experience as a Foster Carer in Australia. I just started a part-time job with a Foster Care agency to recruit and train more carers for them.
We are a small agency with only 35 carer families in a city of 300,000 people (Canberra) and only 3 agencies. The other 2 agencies have approx. 100 carer familes each.
Any/all your ideas about where, how etc. to find more carers would be fantastic.:)
