case plan for mom who did drugs while pregnant

what is the normal case plan for mom who has a child with drugs in system?? How long does mom has to stay clean?

the time in rhab depends of the extent of the involvement with drugs and the type of drug in each situation. Each state operates independently, so we are unable to give you a specific timeline.

We just said goodbye to a baby we have had for 2 months that was born on drugs. Mom did inpt treatment and now has baby back in a controlled environment. I personally think she should have been sent back into society to live for a month or so and if she could stay clean "in the real world" get baby back then with much supervision. As the foster though, it's not my opinion that matters.:(
