Hi, My name is Kara and I am new to this forum but not new to foster care. My husband and I have been foster parents for 8 years and have adopted two wonderful sons from the state. We also have three bio daughters, ages 19, 18 and 14. My sons are 6 and 8 and we currently have one foster son who is 11. I have just returned to school and am getting my degree in Human Services Management, hoping to become a caseworker for DHS. I also work part time as an early intervention teacher, which I LOVE!
