I am emailing various foster parent support organizations to see about getting information. I have heard at some point that there is insurance available for foster parents against damages done to their personal property while fostering children. Do you have any information concerning this?

There are two insurance organizations that we are aware of that provide liability insurance for foster families: Foster Parent Professionals and Pre-Paid Legal. Some agencies pay for the liability insurance. I encourage you to contact your state association.
