Foster Parent Rights PA

Can anyone assist?? I thought that if a child was with a foster family longer than six months in PA that there had to be hearing to move that child.

A family was in the adoption process and the child was removed after a year and a half. I know the family was having some financial problems, one parent didn't drive, and the family was up in age.

Any enlightenment you can give???

You might want to check out the web site for PA foster families resource act If I am not mistaken a child will only be removed if the child returns to birth parents or adoption there are a couple of other reasons which I dont remember. There is also an 800 # for assistance.
