I was just wondering if any of you have been in a similar situation where the child you have was suppossed to be returned to the similar situation as when the child left. We are being told as long as the birth parents are compliant it doesnt matter if there are safety issues. The gov't states that the birth parents deserve a chance. We have been trying to get these concerns addressed and keep on hitting a brick wall. We have had this child since birth. Her mother lived with us and took off before the child was 2 months of age. We feel this should also be taken into consideration and hasnt along with the mental issues of the birth parents. What has to happen to get our concerns for this child addressed. Doesnt this child or any other child deserve better.
