Property Damage Insurance OHIO

Any one in Ohio - got information on Property Damage insurance, damage done by a foster kid in afoster home in OHIO.

this is a general quesiton, any one got any ideas.

I would like to know that answer as well, though I am here in CA. My foster kids have caused property damage both inside and outside the home. I was told to pay for it myself. I tried to seek indemnification from the county and our agency (the kids are county foster kids and they were placed through a private agency). The county said "No" and would only cover damage if the kids were placed in our care through the county. The private agency said "No" - the stipend they send us each month should be used to cover that type of damage.

Your best best - talk with the individual insurance company to see if they would cover that - hopefully there's no opt out clause that releases them from liability. Also, depending on the type of home, perhaps the insurance company offers a rider for extra insurance.
